Laundry:
- Take off all bedsheets and wash
- Collect all bath towels, hand towels and dishcloths and wash
- Wash and dry bath mats
Kitchen:
- Clean fridge, stove, coffee maker and toaster
- Clean all dishes
- Organize cupboards, put clean dishes away
- Dust cupboards
- Wipe down counter and sinks
- Throw away any extra food
- Empty all garbage bins, and recycling, replace bins with new garbage bags
Living Room
- Locate both remotes
- Ensure that everything is where it belongs and organized
- Ensure that the couch, television and coffee table are clean
General
- Check all closets and drawers for anything left behind
- Vacuum and mop each room
- Wipe down all mirrors, windows and all surfaces
- Dust lights and plants
Bedrooms
- Check closets and dresser drawers for anything left behind
- Make beds with clean sheets
- Only wash the duvet cover if it is dirty
Deck:
- Clean and cover BBQ
- Wipe down chairs
- Put away cushions if rain is forecasted
Bathrooms:
- Clean bathtub/shower
- Clean toilet
- Ensure that nothing has been left in the vanity (except for the blow dryer, pink pad, cotton swabs, toothbrush holder, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper. (Throw away anything used: toothbrush, toothpaste etc)
- Wash, fold and replace clean towels
- Dust shelves
- Wipe down the counter, sink and facet
- Refill liquid hand soaps
Before leaving:
- Take pictures of all inventory in case of missing items from tenants and indicate if anything is missing.
